Accidental Purchases: We do not grant refunds for duplicate purchases or changes of mind after access to the download has been delivered.
Overview: All sales of digital products, files, software, and downloads on Lem Nirob are final.
Non-Refundable Items: Once a digital file is purchased and a download link is provided or sent, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
Corrupted or Defective Files: If your downloaded file is broken, corrupted, or missing, contact us at http://www.youtube.com/@lemnirob within 7 days of purchase. We will fix the file and send you a working copy.
Custom song
1. Description of Service
Soreaid provides custom music creation services. Based on the details, themes, and preferences you provide during the ordering process, we will compose, record, and deliver an original song (the “Product”).
2. Revision Policy
We want you to love your custom song! To ensure your satisfaction, your purchase includes up to two (2) rounds of revisions free of charge, subject to the following conditions:
- Scope of Revisions: Revisions include minor tweaks to lyrics, adjustments to vocal delivery, or mixing tweaks based on your original prompt. Revisions do not include a complete rewrite, a change of musical genre after production has begun, or a completely new concept that contradicts your initial submission.
- Timeframe: All revision requests must be submitted within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving the initial song file. Requests made after this period will be considered final, and any further edits will incur additional fees.
3. All Sales Are Final
Because of the highly personalized and digital nature of custom music production, all sales are final.
- Once payment is processed and work has commenced, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for any reason.
- If you are unhappy with the initial draft, your recourse is to utilize the two (2) complimentary rounds of revisions outlined in Section 2.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, the ownership of the custom song is defined as follows:
Personal Use (Standard): You receive a perpetual, royalty-free license to use the song for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., gifts, personal social media, weddings). You may not sell the song, distribute it to streaming platforms (like Spotify or Apple Music), or use it in commercial advertisements without our explicit written consent.
Soreaid retains the copyright and the right to use snippets of the song for promotional and portfolio purposes, unless you explicitly request privacy at the time of purchase.
5. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, detailed, and timely information during the ordering process. We are not responsible for errors, mispronunciations, or creative directions resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, [Insert Business Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the custom song.
